Living With Loss Grief Support Group
Each of us experiences loss many times throughout our life. Losses can occur through the death of a family member or friend, as well as through changes in relationships, places of residence, job situations, and health. Grief, the process by which we respond to the losses we encounter, is a natural and necessary part of life. The purpose of this group, Living with Loss, is to provide support for those grieving the death of someone they love.
The goal of these grief support meetings is to offer comfort, encouragement, and support for those who are grieving the death of a loved one.

Currently sessions will be held here at Jordan during April and May on Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on April 19, 26, May 3, 10, 17, 24. Scouting
Jordan Lutheran Church sponsors the scouting program. Jordan also supports Scout Sunday.

Boy Scout Troop #60 www.troop60orefield.org meets every Monday evening and the Cub Pack #60 gathers Thursday evenings. Both are part of the Minsi Trails Council www.minsitrails.com.

The Greater Lehigh Valley Girl Scout Council has a Daisy Troop at Jordan Lutheran as well as a Cadette/Senior Troop. Meetings are held on a Tuesday evening. Junior Girl Scouts merged with and meet every other Wednesday with the group at Jordan UCC Church.
