The Youth Groups at Jordan provide our young people with a way to have fun and enjoy friendship while enriching their faith.
Reminder: Souper Bowl Sunday is February 5th … Bring you coins to church for the special collection that will be taken during the offering that Sunday. The proceeds will benefit the Food Pantry here at Jordan.

2012 Youth Gathering Fundraising News:

Give From the Heart Campaign!
You can support the youth going to the 2012 Youth Gathering with a simple donation. Simply decide on the level you want to give at, remove the heart/envelope with the corresponding number from the display board in the Memory Room, place your donation in the envelope and return the envelope in the offering plate or to one of the youth at the table in the Memory Room. Each envelope returned will be entered into a drawing for a special prize (still to be determined). If you have an questions, more details are available for the youth who will be in the Memory Room to assist you.

BBQ Dinner & Bluegrass Concert – February 25th: The “Finger Licken’, Bone Picken’ Event” of the year! The Men in the Kitchen and The Music & Performing Arts Committee present “Lehigh Valley Folk Music Society” in concert to benefit the youth trip to New Orleans in July 2012. Tickets: $15.00 each; Dinner served at 5:30pm which includes BBQ ribs, chicken, baked beans, baked potato, coleslaw, cornbread, and cobbler. Bluegrass and Gospel music to follow at 7:00pm. Tickets on sale in the church office or from Glenn Hahn or Dave Adam.

Kuhnsville Car Wash Coupons:  Cost: $10.00 each (Covers the cost of a basic car wash for a car, truck, SUV or van). 

Clothing Drive Fundraiser:  The youth will be running another clothing drive in the near future. Watch for the dates next month.

Rent-A-Youth:  Cost: $10 for two youth/hour.  Youth can be rented to do yard work, light housekeeping, shoveling snow, babysitting, running errands, dog walking, meal preparation, etc.  The possibilities are endless! Rental can be made in the memory room after both services.
